Sweet Berry Smoothie

Great for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of Protein Complete powder (150 calories)
  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries (23 calories) 
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries (20 calories) 
  • 8 oz. almond milk, low calorie unsweetened (40 calories) 
  • Water: 6 oz for a thick shake and 8 oz for a thinner shake

*Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (95 calories) 
  • 8 oz coconut milk (60 calories)
  • 1/4 of an avocado, (72 calories). The healthy fat content will help give your body more fuel to run on and is highly recommended.

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth (Vita Mix is the best mixer).
