CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment.

Your appointments and well-being are extremely important to us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. However, to ensure fairness to both our staff and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules, regardless of the reason.

 

Our Policy

• Cancellations and Reschedules: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file.
 

• Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, and the full charge of the service will be applied. We will do our best to reschedule your service at a time that works for you.
 

• Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Cancellation fees, including the full cost of the service, will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments.
 

• Emergencies: In the case of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be applied to a future service. A $25 rebooking fee will apply.

 

Please note that our team members are independent contractors, and their time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure they are compensated appropriately, we are firm in enforcing this policy.
