Being with Nature

In our hurried lives we often forget to step out of our usual environment to recharge with nature. A simple walk through some of your local city parks or natural areas can be just what we need when we don’t have the time to prepare for a journey out into the woods or a trip to the beach. Taking the time in our week to detach our selves from all our devises and to move into a more natural environment has profound affects on the brain. Its only presently that humans have become so unattached to the natural world some days spent never touching the earth or a leaf on a plant or just taking a moment to inhale the greatness all around us that comes from nature its self.
